"a different idea for what we're going to see from Apple in 2013"
Happened upon this post on The Verge forums. Bartosz Misiak thinks the iPad line could split four ways by size and display: iPad, iPad with Retina Display, iPad mini, and iPad mini w/RD. “I’m a big believer in touch and digital reading, but I still think that some mixture of voice, the pen and a real keyboard – in other words a netbook – will be the mainstream on that” – Bill Gates, 2010
Today, netbooks are dead, but the mainstream is rapidly becoming some mixture of voice, pen, and real keyboard. Just wish Microsoft was leading the charge.
